How do I join the ONE club?
Joining is simple and complimentary! Sign up online or visit the ONE club at any of our properties with a valid photo ID, and start earning your rewards immediately. Individuals must be 21 or older at Tulalip Resort Casino and Quil Ceda Creek Casino and 18 or older at Tulalip Bingo & Slots.
How do I earn cashback points in the ONE club?
Points are earned through playing Slot machines at any of our three properties. The rate of earning points varies based on tier level.
What can I redeem my ONE club cashback points for?
Points can be redeemed at any Slot machine at any of our three properties.
What can I use my ONE club comp balance for?
Comp balance can be redeemed for hotel stays, dining, spa services and other amenities.
Do my ONE club cashback points expire?
Comp and cashback points are subject to expiration if there’s no account activity for a certain period. Please check the specific terms for point expiration.
What happens to my comp values if they go unused?
Any earned comp values that go unused for 12 months will be automatically deducted from the guest’s account.
How often is tier status assessed and how long does it last?
Tier status is assessed twice a year, and once achieved, you enjoy the benefits for the remainder of the current period and the entire following period. Tier status is assessed on January 15 and July 15.
Can I combine my club benefits with another member, like a spouse?
Benefits are for individual members only and cannot be combined with those of a spouse or another member.
