Emcee Bruce Detore

A native of Seattle, Bruce Detore believes that the true purpose of comedy is to be a coping mechanism for the struggles we all go through. From failed relationships and chronic battles with weight and depression to flipping off the grim reaper in 2019, there's no subject that can't be overcome by finding humor in it. Since late 2022, Bruce has been gracing numerous stages throughout the Pacific Northwest. His irreverent and sometimes shocking humor aims to ride the line without crossing it, often failing. With a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor, Bruce believes that if you can laugh at him, you can laugh at yourself.

Nik Macik

Nik Macik (Tubi TV series Groupie) got his start with Comedy Key West and has featured for some of the top comedians in the country, including Bret Ernst, Chris Cope, Jimmy Shubert and Rocky Dale Davis, as well as performing in the World Series of Comedy and the North Carolina Comedy Fest. His dark, charming, irreverent style has been a hit with audiences across the US. He’s sure to leave you laughing till your sides hurt!

Chris Eger fits into the latter category as both a guitarist AND a vocalist, an especially rare gift. It features tunes penned by Eric, Chris, Nashville Blues great Stacy Mitchhart, as well as co-founder of Ground Zero Blues Club in Clarksdale, MS Gary Vincent. Notable musicians include world renowned vocalist extraordinaire Bekka Bramlett, Rock & Roll HOF inductee Double Trouble’s Reese Wynans and some of the most prolific studio players in Nashville. This high-energy record blends straight electric blues with blue-eyed soul, Hendrix-inspired classic rock and horn-infused funk. It is a fresh take on vintage guitar music for the 21st century!

A bona fide “quadruple threat,” Eger is a multi-instrumentalist, accomplished songwriter and kick-butt showman, as well as a sensational vocalist for which he has been nominated three years in a row for Best Male Vocalist by the Washington Blues Society. Chris is backed by bassist and father Randall Eger, who has over 35 years of live performance experience. Drummer Mark Clark is a veteran of the Northwest music scene, playing with the likes of the New Deal Rhythm Band and the Chryslers. Clark brings a solid, funky foundation to the group and always delivers. Rick Jiles, keyboardist and leader of the local favorites Midlife Crisis & the Alimony Horns, is a tasteful and scintillating addition to the rhythm section. Finally, Pete Kirkman and Mike West lend their talents as the noteworthy and eponymous Powerhouse Horns.<
